  1. Prepare asparagus by removing fibrous ends. Cut to size preference. Mince garlic ahead of time or use garlic press when ready to start cooking
  2. Heat butter in pan over medium to medium-high heat just until it melts.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 min until garlic softened and starts to turn golden but not brown.
  4. Add asparaus and sauté for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to tatse
  5. Finish off with a squeeze of lemon.
